My name is Trey Duncan and I would like to introduce myself to you on an informal level. 

Since the year of 1986, I began in the Real Estate Industry as an entry level employee. Within 2 years, I was fortunate enough to grow my company over 400%. Since 1986, I have been fortunate enough to have been part of over 100 successful Real Estate transactions.

If you are a Real Estate Investor, think hard about the following information.


My company will secure and GUARANTEE your investment. YOU will own the transaction, know the profit amount BEFORE the purchase and receive 100% of the profit amount upon the sale of the renovated transaction. My company averages over $30,000 profit with each transaction on a 180 day "TERM RATE". 

From the beginning to the end, you are financially compensated on an average of 120 days.

My company will not only compensate you with the highest interest on "PLANET EARTH", BUT ALSO SECURE YOUR INVESTMENT WITH YOUR OWNERSHIP. YOU are the owner of your investment. 


HOW ARE YOU COMPENSATED?


Each transaction is an individual transaction. Each Investor is an individual transaction. The amount of compensation to YOU is determined by the amount invested combined with the profit margin.


WHEN AM I FINANCIALLY COMPENSATED?


As the Real Estate Investor you are compensated at the sale of the property. During that time, you will receive 20% of the total amount invested. 


WHAT IS THE SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION?


All Investors receive 20% interest on all investments. Again, this is a 180 day "TERM RATE", So your interest is 20% for six months. I have never taken 6 months to compensate an investor because I'm also compensated upon the sale of each transaction.


EXAMPLE

Invest $75,000 and you are compensated with a $15,000 profit amount within 180 days. This means you receive your $75,000 investment as well as an additional $15,000 in compensation. 


If you decide to use that same $75,000 investment on a second transaction, you will be compensated an additional $15,000. If you are good at math, you will receive $30,000 for a $75,000 investment. 


HOW IS YOUR INVESTMENT SECURED?


You will own the property. Before any renovations have began, we will determine the value of the renovated property under market conditions. On average, each transaction produces a minimum of $35,000 in profit in case you must lower the sale price to sell within the 180 day agreement.
